Hi, I’m Steven Menau, the founder of Vista EDA Group. Real estate has been a passion of mine since I was a kid, but I didn’t step into it right away. For a while, life took me down other paths until I eventually launched a small Airbnb business in Charleston, South Carolina. I ran that business through COVID, and it showed me how much a single property can impact people’s lives.
After a few years, I realized I wanted to go deeper. I ended the Airbnb business and transitioned into wholesaling real estate, my first real step into the investing world. That move confirmed what I had always felt: this is where I belong. Today, Vista EDA Group is fully focused on real estate investing, helping homeowners find solutions while building stronger communities across New Jersey.
I built this company on values that matter to me personally: honesty, transparency, and respect. To me, every homeowner deserves options and clarity, not pressure. My goal is simple: to listen, to guide, and to make sure you feel confident in whatever decision you make.
